agent_contact_state instance-attribute 

agent_contact_state: NotRequired[ContactState]

The state of the contact.

When AgentContactState is set to CONNECTED_ONHOLD, StateStartTimestamp is not changed. Instead, StateStartTimestamp reflects the time the contact was CONNECTED to the agent.
